Ola Dubh - cask Tapping

We've had this cask for a year now and it's time to break it out!

Ola Dubh (or 'Black Oil') is a collaboration between Harviestoun Brewery and Highland Park.

Based on Harviestoun's award-winning Old Engine Oil, this deliciously rich, dark, 8% a.b.v. beer was taken from the barrel and instead of bottling, went on to age in a 30 year malt whiskey cask to naturally ferment. A naturally carbonated, soft beer.
